2. Technical platform and providers involved

The store is operated through the Shopify platform. Online card payments are processed through NETOPIA Payments, according to the options available at checkout. RIVELO does not store full bank card details.

Third-party providers may be used for delivery, invoicing, accounting, technical support, marketing and site operation. Details on their roles and on the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

3. Product information and contracting

Essential information about each product, the total price, applicable taxes, delivery costs, payment methods and the estimated delivery time are displayed on the product page and/or in the checkout flow, before the user submits an order with a payment obligation.

The contractual relationship between RIVELO and customers is governed by the Terms and Conditions published on the site, together with the Shipping and Delivery Policy, the Refund and Return Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. In case of discrepancy, the mandatory legal provisions in force apply.

4. Intellectual property rights

The site's structure, texts, presentations, graphic elements, photographs, video materials, trade names, logos and other content elements are protected by copyright, trademark and intellectual property law and belong to STARPAY TECH SRL or are used under valid licenses or agreements.

Reproduction, distribution, publication, adaptation, systematic extraction or commercial use of the content without the prior written consent of the rights holder is prohibited, except for uses expressly permitted by law.

5. Use of the site and limitations

Users must use the site for lawful purposes and must not affect its security, availability or operation. Unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, unauthorized automated data extraction, identity spoofing and any fraudulent use are prohibited.

RIVELO makes reasonable efforts to keep the published information accurate and up to date. However, material errors, minor presentation differences or manufacturer specification updates may occur. Such situations are resolved in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and applicable law, without affecting consumer rights.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law No. 190/2018 and other applicable rules. Information on the categories of data, purposes, legal bases, recipients, transfers, retention periods and data subject rights is available in the Privacy Policy.
